摘要
采用免疫组织化学ＰＡＰ技术探讨了抗细胞凋零基因ｂｃｌ－２在反应性淋巴组织中的表达与分布．结果Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白主要定位于淋巴结与扁桃体中的淋巴滤泡套区、脾脏白髓淋巴小结以及胸腺髓质的长寿命淋巴细胞中，表明Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白介导的细胞凋零障碍可能参与调控Ｂ或Ｔ淋巴细胞依赖的免疫反应过程．
Immunohistochemical PAP technique was applied to investigate the expression and distribution of anti-apoptosis gene bcl-2 in physiological lymphoid tissue.The results showed that Bcl-2 protein was mainly distributed in the long-lived lymphocytes restricted in follicular mantles of lymph nodes and tonsils,nodules of white pulp of spleens and thymus medullae.These data indicate that Bcl-2-mediated inhibitory effect on apoptosis may implicate in modulating immune response process dependent on B-or T-cell.
