摘要
作者分别用单免疫扩散法和生物素-亲和素酶联免疫吸附试验(BA-ELISA)测定192例四种常见恶性肿瘤(胃癌、肺癌、乳癌和恶性淋巴瘤)患者的血清IgG、IgA、IgM和IgE水平。结果显示,患者的IgG、IgA和IgE水平都增高,尤以IgG和IgE增高明显。发现肿瘤晚期和术后复发转移患者血清IgG增高显著(P<0.01)。33例化疗后患者的血清Ig含量有明显下降,除IgE水平仍高于对照组外,IgG、IgA均在正常值范围。因而我们认为肿瘤患者的血清Ig含量与病情变化密切有关,对判断病情、疗效和预后有其重要意义。
In the present article, single immu nodiffussion and BA-EI ISA were employed io detect the serum IgG, IgA, IgM and IgE level of 192 patients with malignant tumours ( gastric carcinoma, lung cancel, breast cancer and malignant lymphoma ). The results showed that all the patients were associated with an increase in the IgG, IgA and IgE, especially with a noted increase in IgG and IgE. The IgG level was increased more markedly in advanced cases of malignanttumours, or in patients who had had relapse after operation or whose tumours had been metastasized. The decrease in IgG, IgA and IgE was found in 33 chemotherapy-treated patients with IgG and IgA falling to normal but IgE. Therefore, it is concluded that the detection of the serum Ig level of patients with tumours is of significance to diagnosis, evaluation of therapeutic efficaey and prognosis.
