摘要
本文从存储机制的角度出发,对当前的光存储技术进行了分类,着重阐述了磁光存储技术、相变光存储技术、曝光型光存储技术和光谱烧孔光存储技术的原理、现状和发展前景,并对它们进行比较。
From the viewpoint of storage mechanism,we eatalogued the current opticalstorage cechnology into magneto-optic storage,phase-change storage,exposure storageand spectral hole burning storage,and described their principle,state of the art and future.By comparing them with each other,we analyzed the future of optical storage technology.
