摘要
针对现代化工业加工和自动化生产线上广泛采用的3轴运动控制系统的控制要求及特点,详细介绍ACR1505型多功能运动控制卡的组成、特点及应用,是由PC+运动控制器+伺服电机组成的控制系统。其中基于DSP和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的运动控制器充分发挥了DSP的快速数据运算能力和CPLD的硬件管理功能,详细讨论了控制系统硬件平台和软件系统的设计与实现方法。
According to the control requirement and the characteristic of tri-axes motion control system which is widely used in modem industrial machining and automation production line,the structure, characteristic and application of the multi-function motion control card ACR1505 are described. And a control system composed of PC+ motion controller + servo motor is provided according to the characteristic of the assembling robot system.The motion controller based on DSP and CPLD fully displays the fast data calculation ability of DSP and the hardware management ability of CPLD. The design and implement method of the control system's hardware and software is provided in this article.
