摘要
本课题尝试实现一种便携式射频识别读写系统。采用增强RISC结构和内载Flash的AT90系列单片机作为主控器件,将数据存储在射频IC卡中,通过非接触式数据传输与阅读器进行通信,同时给出相应的电路原理和程序流程。由于射频识别系统具有抗干扰和工作可靠性高等优点,因此近年来发展迅速,并且得到广泛的应用。
This thesis is just trying to complete a portable RFID system.The data is stored in an IC card, and data communication between reader and the IC card is contactless. Because the proximity system has features of anti-abortion and high reliability and so on, so the proximity system is developing quickly recently, and it has be found wide application.
