摘要
介绍了峰值功率为500MW、脉宽为1~2.5μs、脉冲重复频率F_r为5pps的线型脉冲调制器的特殊设计考虑,它所产生的700kV脉冲电压,非常适合于高质量电子束的微波源(RFS),如自由电子激光器(FEL)和回旋自动谐振微波放大器(CARM)。文章主要根据相对论磁控管(RM)特点来设计调制器,相对论速调管放大器(RKA)用的10 ̄4MW脉冲调制器其具体电路在参考文献[1]中已有介绍。
The special design consideration of linear pulse modulator with peak power 500MW,pulse width 1~2.5μs,pulse repetition frequency 5pps is discussed in this paper.The 700kV pulse voltage generated by the modulator is highly adapted the RP source(RFS)of high quality electron beams,such as free electron laser(FFL)and cyclotron auto-resonance masers(CARM).The modulator is designed with the help of relativistic magnetron(RM)properties.The relativistic kentron amplifier(RKA)using the detail circuit of 10 ̄4 MW pulse modulator is shown in reference[1].
