摘要
粉喷桩是加固处理软弱地基的一种方法,利用水泥或石灰作为固化剂,通过深层搅拌机械使固化材料与软土进行强制搅拌,形成具有一定强度的水泥土或石灰土桩。桩体经过一定时间的凝固后,其物理力学性质较之天然土有明显的变化,形成具有一定整体性、水稳定性和足够强度的加固地基,从而达到工程所需要的承载力要求,增大变形模量以降低压缩沉降量。本文结合铜陵市横港闸改建工程实践,从设计、施工、质量检验几个方面对粉喷桩进行综合性的介绍,并对这种桩与桩间土组成的复合地基列出了详细的计算。
The powder ejecting pile method is a kind of method reinforcing and dealing with the soft foundation. In this paper , the authors , combining with the practice of rebuilding for Henggang Gate in Tongling City , dtiscussed the design , construction and the test of quality for the powder ejecting piles , and presented the calculation in detail of compound foundation being composed of this kind of piles and the earth among piles.
