摘要
每年一到汛期,突发性地质灾害防治工作就紧锣密鼓地进行,这反映了各级党委、政府对这项工作的重视。但是,在防灾工作的热潮背后,又反映出我们的技术支撑工作所达到的程度。本文从风险管理角度,进一步阐述预见、预防地质灾害的看法与对策。
When the flooding season is coming, the emergency preparedness for geological disasters are always on the way soon, This paper deals with risk management antidote theory and some concerning with it.
