摘要
本文采用Luarell氏免疫火箭电泳法和免疫单扩散法,分别测定50名吸烟者血浆Ⅷ因子相关抗原(ⅧR·Ag)和纤维蛋白原(Fbg)的含量,结果发现吸烟者血浆中此两种蛋白的含量均有不同程度地增加,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01及P<0.02)。众所周知,ⅧR·Ag和Fbg是反映血液凝固性的重要指标,因此,本结果提示吸烟导致血液凝固性升高,可能是吸烟引起心血管损害的重要机理之一。
Contents of factor Ⅷ related antigen (Ⅷ R·Ag) and fibrinogen ( Fbg ) in human plasma in 50 smokers were measured by immu-noelectrophoresis rocket and immunomonodiffusion. It was found that plasma Ⅷ R·Ag and Fbg contents increased from 103.72% to 154.60% ( P<0.01), and from 91.36% to 111.36% ( P<0.02 ) respectively. The results suggest that the smoking of cigarettes is conducive to the development of blood coagulation, which may be one of the mechanisms associated with cardiovascular injury caused by smoking.
