杂交组合灰色评判方法在甜菜育种中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 以10个甜菜杂交组合为试验材料,选择7个与产量和品质有直接关系的性状,以块根中的钾、钠、有害氮的含量及纯度为主要品质性状;以根产量、含糖率和产糖量为主要经济性状,采用杂交组合灰色评判方法,对10个供试材料7个性状进行综合评估。结果表明:组合D2(HQD2×DL2)、D3(HQD2×HQD3)为高产型杂交组合:D7(334-1×DL1)、D9(401×HRC1)为各项性状表现良好的优良组合。采用杂交组合灰色译判方法和常规对比法进行比较,其结果几乎完全一致,说明运用杂交组合灰色评判方法是提高品种选择效率,加快育种进程的有效方法。 Originally test and make the variety up in order to test materials through 10 sugar beet hybridization, choose 7 to have properties of the direct relation with output and quality, carry on the gray assessment. Content and purity of K. Na. harmful N in order to be measured in the root tuber, is the properties of main quality, with root output, suck candy rate and candy yield the main economic properies. Adopt hybridization to make the gray method of judging upk, take 10 and carry on comprehensive assessment for trying,materials, the result of the test shows: it is the high yield type association to make D2(HQD2 × DL2),D3(HQD2 × HQD3)up and D7(334- 1 × DL2), D9(401 × HRC1),it does well to be fine to make for every properties up. This compares with and counts the analytical method to compare routine, it' s result is unanimous. Indicate that in the course of taking the place of and compounding the test made up in hybridization early, it is to improve the efficiency of choosing to use hybridization to make up and judge greyly, effectual method to accelerate process of breeding.
