二极管端泵浦Nd:YAG连续激光器 被引量:1

Laser-diode end-pumped Nd:YAG laser

摘要 我们研制了一台二极管连续端泵浦的Nd:YAG激光器。用国产激光二级管作泵浦源,泵浦激光波长为0.808μm。激光介质为5×5mm的Nd:YAG棒,输出激光波长为1.06μm。用CCD相机和图象处理系统记录和分析激光光斑,得到激光横模为TEM00模。当输入谐振腔的泵浦光功率为225mW时,输出连续激光功率最高达76.4mW,光-光转换效率为33.9%,电光斜效率达到9.1%,并做了腔外倍频实验。 The development of an end-pumped Nd: YAG oscillator,using a laser-diode array as the CW pump source,is described. The laser-diode wavelength was 0. 808μm. The pump light coupling system was consisted of a group of lenses. The solid-state laser medium was a Nd: YAG rod of length 5mm and diameter 5mm. The output laser wavelength was 1. 06μm. Using CCD camera and image processing system,the laser spot were recorded and analyzed,and the TEM00 mode was obtained. The highest CW laser output power obtained was 76. 4mW when the pump power entering into the resonator was 225mW. The optical-to-optical efficiency was 33. 9%,and the electrical-to-optical slope efficiency was 9.1 %.
