摘要
本文对50例中成人血行播散型肺结核的24例延误诊断的病例进行分析。其原因是多方面的;该病的年龄移向中老年,症状特征的改变,临床表现复杂多样或隐匿而不典型等,以及医务人员的警惕性不足。本文还提出一些如何及时确诊的措施。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the delayed or incorrect diagnosis in 24 of 50 cases of adult hematogenously disseminated tuberculosis. The following observations are noteworthy. 1 ) the tendency of the disease to occur in middle-aged and elderly individuals, 2) the change in clinical features, 3) protean, occult and atypical symptoms, and 4 ) the lack of alertness from the part of physicians.
