摘要
为了降低软件开发和维护费用，提高安全性和可定制性及增强计费方式的灵活性，设计了一个新的软件租用模型，并对该模型的特点进行了讨论，最后给出了一个具体的原形实现．
In order to reduce expenditure of the software development and maintenance, to promote its security and customization, and to enhance flexibility of expense counting. A new software-renting model was designed and its characteristics were analyzed. The implementation of a prototype of the model was introduced.
