不同种植年限有机茶园土壤微生物群落组成及活性比较 被引量:25

摘要 对湖南湘阴县兰岭茶厂古桐岭不同种植年限的4年生、10年生、16年生有机茶园,分别进行了土壤养分含量、微生物类群数量及活性测定.结果表明,16年生有机茶园土壤在有机质、全氮、全磷、速效氮、速效钾等各项指标上均高于10年生和4年生有机茶园土壤.霉菌、细菌、可培养微生物总量、好气性自生固氮菌、嫌气性自生固氮菌、好气性纤维分解菌、嫌气性纤维分解菌均以16年生茶园最多,土壤微生物生物量碳和硝化作用也以16年生茶园最强.说明按照有机农业生产规程管理,随着种植年限延长,能够促进有机茶园土壤的良性循环,有利于活性土壤的形成. The nutrients content,the number of microorganism and activity of edaphon in soil of Gutongling 4-year-old, 10-year-old and 16-year-old organic tea garden were measured. The results showed that the index of organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium in 16-year-old organic tea garden were higher than those of 10-year-old and 4-year-old. The number of mold, bacteria, culturable microorganisms, aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria, anaerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria, aerobic cellulose decomposition microbes, anaerobic cellulose decomposition microbes were the most in 16-year-old organic tea garden, and the biomass carbon and nitrification of edaphon were also the strongest. It was proved that if the tea garden was managed according to the organic agricultural production regulation, it would speed the well-cycling of soil ecology, and would be of great advantage to the forming of activated soil with increasing years of planting.
