摘要
以配制的22个具有高产潜力的杂交稻组合和对照汕优63,两优培九为试验材料,研究了试验小区单株粒重和产量性状边际效应及其相互关系.结果表明:单株粒重边际效应变幅范围为(37.9±17.6)%,变异系数为46.4%;单株穗数边际效应是影响单株粒重边际效应的主要因素,其次是每穗实粒数和每穗总粒数;探讨了水稻试验小区边际效应的估测及从育种和栽培角度利用边际效应的相关问题.
With two high-yielding hybrid rice combinations Shanyou63 and Liangyoupeijiu as CK, 22 combinations with high-yielding potential are chosen to investigate the edge effect of grain yield per plant and yield components and their relationship. The results showed that the edge effect of grain yield per plant had a variance range of (37.9±17.6)% and its coefficient of variation was 46.4%. Between the edge effects, the number of panicles per plant was the most important positive factor, then filled grains per panicle and spikes per panicle next. The evaluation of edge effect of rice experimental plot and the utilization of its advantage in rice breeding and cultivation were discussed.
