摘要
本文报道46例肥厚性心肌病的超声心动图特征,描述肥厚的室间隔超声的回声特点,并与其他疾病引起的室间隔增厚作鉴别。根据肥厚的部位分为4型,A型最少,B型最多。该病多发于青壮年,病态窦房结综合征与其有因果关系。
This paper reports the characteristics of echocardiograms in 46 patients with hypertropied cardiomyopathy (HCM).Descriptions are given of the echo-characteristics of hypertrophied ventricular septa (HVS) and the differentiation between HVS in HCM and HVS caused bydiseases other than HEM are made. On the basis of the hepertro pied sites HVS were divided into 4 types. The lowest incidence was associated with type A, and the highest with type B. HCM was found to occur most frequently in people between the ages of 30 and 60, and diseased sinus syndrome may play a part in the development of HCM.
