摘要
本文通过对电动燃油泵泵体及电机原理进行分析,研究了泵体叶轮与泵盖之间间隙的大小对燃油泵性能的影响,以及油泵电机启动运转时可能出现的故障情况,开发出集泵体装配和半成品油泵电机装配及运转性能检测于一体的电动燃油泵预测试试验台。
Through the application of electric fuel pump and electromotor principle working at the clearance of the pump impeller and the pump cover and its effects on the pump capability analyzing the faults in the fuel pump start-up and functioning this article aims at developing an electric fuel pump pre-testing test-bed which integrates the capability test of pump equipment and half-finished fuel pump functioning.
