摘要
采用生产系统工程学结合虚拟设计技术,对某产品加工车间进行系统的重新设计.在VC++6.0开发平台上利用W orld T oo l K it导入三维模型,按照工艺流程顺序摆放设备,合理组织空间,实现真实车间在计算机上的虚拟实现.并且利用W TK的强大功能实现车间内部分机器的运动,可以大大提高车间布置设计的效率和可靠性,从而指导实际车间的设计,指导企业生产.
This paper redesigns the workplace by the production system engineering science and virtual design teachnology. Inputting 3D object in the sequence of the arts and crafts with world tool kit (WTK), arranging them properly, a virtual plant can be accomplished by the computer based on VC++6.0. Furthermore, one can make some machine run just like actual one. By this method, the reliability and efficiency of designing workshop can be improved. Consequently it guides the design of actual workplace and the production of the enterprise.
