摘要
为了满足不断增长的电力需求,我国电力投资力度不断加大,如何优化电力投资空间布局,促进电力资源在全国范围内得到优化配置,成为很多学者和决策部门关注的焦点问题。目前,我国电力供需之间存在比较明显的空间错位,导致我国不同区域之间的电力交换不断增加,并对电力投资空间布局产生重要影响。在优化电力投资空间布局的时候,要坚持综合效益原则、结构优化原则、保护生态环境原则和坚持市场导向原则,进一步加大水电资源丰富地区的开发力度,在条件适合的煤炭资源富集地区发展大型坑口电站,在沿海经济密集地带建设大型滨海火电站带,不断加大电网投资力度,推进全国联网。
In order to meet the demand of electricity, electric power investment keeps increasing. How to optimize China＇s layout of electricity investment becomes a focus to be consider by decision-makers and researchers. The electricity supply and demand is spatially unbalanced. The electricity exchange between different power grids keeps increasing. All of these pose great effect on the China＇s spatial layout of electricity investment. In the process of optimization of China＇s spatial layout of electricity investment, it should follow the principles-that is, comprehensive effect principles, structure optimization principle, environment protection principle, market oriented principle. Rich Hydro-power recourses area should speed up the development process; rich coal resources area should develop large-scaled station, the coastal area should build large- scaled power station near the sea. The power grid investment should be increased and the whole grids in China should be interconnected.
