摘要
全固态脉冲调制器是近年来发展起来的一种新型的高可靠性脉冲调制器。本文介绍了浮动板脉冲调制器的特点,分析了电子管调制器的不足和全固态调制在技术上的进步及全固态浮动板脉冲调制器的特点、工作原理、技术指标及主要参数计算。对工程设计的技术难点包括全固态技术的实现、开关管通断一致性问题、脉冲传递和高压隔离问题进行了分析并提出了解决方案,讨论了这种类型的调制器在雷达发射机中的应用前景。
The full-solid state pulse modulator is a new and high reliability pulse modulator developed in recent years. This paper introduces the characteristics of floating plate modulator. The defects of vacuum tube modulator and technical progresses of full-solid state modulator are analysed. The characteristics, operating principle, technical target and parameter estimation are described. The difficulties of engineering design of full-solid modulator such as full-solid technical , consistence of operation of solid state switch, pulse transfer and high voltage isolation are analysed. Application of this kind of modulator in radar transmitter in the future is discussed.
