摘要
目的研究逍遥丸对兔肠平滑肌活动的影响。方法将逍遥丸配制成15%的溶液,进行兔耳静脉注射,观察对小肠活动的影响。结果逍遥丸对兔肠平滑肌的作用与平滑肌所处状态有关。对处于正常状态下的肠平滑肌呈现兴奋作用;对处于肠麻痹的肠平滑肌则可使其逆转,恢复小肠的正常蠕动;而肠平滑肌痉挛时,逍遥丸又有缓解痉挛的作用。结论逍遥丸的这种双向调节作用,给临床用药提供了一定的药理依据。
Objective To observe the influence of Xiaoyaowan on the intestinal smooth muscle of the experimental rabbits. Methods Grinded Xiaoyaowan to fine powder, filtrated and blended with proper distilled water to make 15% solution. The intestinal motility was observed after Xiaoyaowan solution was injected into the rabbits＇ anris vein. Results Xiaoyaowan solution had excitement effect on the normal state small intestine. When the small intestine was in the paralytic status, Xiaoyaowan solution could improve its peristalsis to normal. Xiaoyaowan solution played a spasmolysis role while the small intestine was in the spasm status. Conclusions The both - way regulation effect of Xiaoyaowan provids the pharmacologic evidence to clinical practice.
