摘要
为分析海洋监视卫星的作战效能,针对由三颗卫星组成的海洋监视卫星系统,选择确认目标概率和对目标的定位精度为作战效能指标,建立了卫星确认目标概率和利用时差定位法进行定位的定位精度模型。对模型进行了仿真计算和分析,仿真结果表明:利用海洋监视卫星可以有效地发现海上目标,但有效确认目标的概率依赖于对目标特性的认识;合理增加卫星间的基线长度,保持卫星编队构型及其与目标间相对位置的均匀性可有效提高卫星对目标的定位精度。
To analyze operational effectiveness of ocean surveillance satellite system, the probability of identifying targets and the precision of locating targets were chosen as operational effectiveness indices of the ocean surveillance satellite system which is composed of three satellites. The probability of identifying targets model was built, another model built was the location precision model by using of measuring the time difference of arriving. The simulation and analyses was carried out. The results demonstrate that:Ⅰ. making use of the ocean surveillance satellite can find targets on ocean effectively, but whether to be able to identify targets effectively depends on the knowledge about targets characteristics; Ⅱ.increasing baseline length between the satellites rationally and maintaining uniformity of the satellites formation configuration and their relative position with target can improve the precision of locating target effectively,
