摘要
伴随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,研究生的数量也不断攀升,但对研究生教学质量的潜在危机并未引起高校的充分注意。笔者通过访问美国研究生的课堂教学,深深地感到中国的研究生教学在必要的教学资源、研究的教学过程、求实的教学精神、人文的教学制度等方面还存在着较多的缺失,影响着教学质量,亟需作出改进。
Graduate students are increasing as well as the scale of higher education is expanding in China. However, it is not enough paid attention to graduate students teaching quality. I have deeply realized there are many lacks of needed education resources, studied education process, realistic teaching spirit, and humane teaching system of graduate students teaching in China through visiting graduate students classes in America. This situation is influencing the teaching quality of higher education and it is needed to improve.
