摘要
目的探讨定量CRP在不同恶性肿瘤中的临床应用价值。方法用散射比浊法定量测定140例健康人及220例不同类型肿瘤患者治疗前后血液中CRP水平。结果肿瘤组与正常对照组阳性率差异很大(P<0.01),各种恶性肿瘤性CRP有不同程度升高,且治疗后下降幅度不同。结论CRP散射比浊法定量测定在恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断、手术预后判断及肿瘤复发监测等方面具有重要临床意义。
Objective To discuss the clinical practical value of CRP in different kinds of tumors. Methods To use immunoturbidinaetry assay to detect serum CRP level before and after the operation on tumors. Results The difference of positive rate between tumor group and normal control group was significant（P〈0.01）, and the CRP value increased with the development of malignant tumor and decreased after the operation. Conclusion CRP concentration is of great value in distinguishing malignant tumor and judging the effect of operation and relapse.
