摘要
目的观察应用阳光XY-电化学刀治疗前列腺增生(BPH)临床效果并总结经验。方法选择有手术适应证的BPH患者,术前采用经会阴B超测前列腺尿道长度。结果治疗后6月复查,一次拔管成功317例,2～3次插管拔管后自行排尿正常78例,总有效率94.95%,无效21例,无效率5.05%。结论腔内介入电化学刀治疗BPH是一种高效、安全、并发症少、痛苦小、费用低的方法,尤其是合并症较多已失去手术机会者不失为首选方法,但应进一步观察并积累成功经验和失败教训。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of SunshineXY-Electrochemical Knife Instrument in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods The high risk BPH patients were treated with electrochemistry therapy. The lengths of prostatic urethra were measured with perineal B-ultrasound. Results The effects were assessed six months later. 317 cases succeeded in once treatment. 78 cases were cured in 2-3 times treatments; the total effective rate was 94.95%. 21 （5.05%） cases failed. Conclusions The electrochemistry therapy is effective, safe, and easy to use, less suffering and complication in the treatment of BPH, especially in the high-risk patients don＇t fit for surgical management.
