摘要
目的探讨形状记忆合金环抱接骨板内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。方法采用形状记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗锁骨骨折46例,其中锁骨中段骨折38例,中外1/3骨折6例,锁骨外侧段骨折2例。结果46例患者术后随访3￣24个月,均于术后3月达到临床愈合。结论形状记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗锁骨骨折具有手术简单,固定牢靠,骨折端血运破坏少,骨折愈合快等优点,疗效满意。
Objective To study the effect of the shape memory alloy （SMA）embracing plate for treatment of clavicular fracture. Methods 46 cases of clavicular fractures were treated with SMA embracing plate, of which 38 were middle third fracture ,6 were between middle and lateral fracture and 2 were lateral third fracture. Results 46 cases were followed up for 3-24 months, and all cases achieved primary healing within 3 months after operation. Conclusion Treatment of clavicular fracture with SMA embracing plate is a simple ,firm and reliable method, with reduced destruction of blood supply to the fracture ends and fracture healing.
