50只非人灵长类动物肾移植模型的建立

摘要 目的探讨应用非人灵长类动物(食蟹猴)建立同种异体肾移植模型的可行性。方法50只食蟹猴,每2只互相作供体和受体。取左侧肾脏作供肾,于下腹腔部移植另一供肾,供肾动、静脉分别与受体腹主动脉和下腔静脉端侧吻合,供肾输尿管与受体输尿管端端吻合。移植术后即刻切除受体右肾。结果50只肾移植,无一只外科并发症,无一只因手术原因死亡,热缺血时间(30±5.0)min,成功率为100%。结论应用食蟹猴建立肾移植模型,技术成熟,方法可靠。应用此模型评价新型免疫抑制药物,进行免疫耐受、异种移植等研究,可为临床试验提供更为准确可靠的依据。
