摘要
采用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ＃胶电泳和免疫印迹技术（Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔｔｉｎｇｔｅｃｈｎｉｑｕｅ）对痢疾杆菌膜表面抗原进行了分析，测定了主要蛋白的分子量。依电泳凝胶染色和免疫印迹图谱，分析了痢疾菌４个群的主要抗原及福氏菌的群特异性抗原和两个型的型特异性抗原，并比较了志贺氏菌属（Ｓｈｉｇｅｌｌａ）实验选用菌株的抗原蛋白。同时，对几种菌的生长曲线进行了测定。
The SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and western blotting technique are used to research the outer membrane antigens of some species in Shigella. From the results of the methods. the main membrane antigens of four species in Shigella and group and type specific antigens of Shiglla mxneri are analysed and compared. The molecular weight of membrane proteins and growth curve of the bacteria are also measured.
