摘要
通过分析传统的测频法和测周法的缺陷,证明这些频率测试方法对低频和高频信号无法达到一致性的高精度频率测试指标要求,由此提出了基于电平采样的周期信号频率测试方法,并对该方法的适用条件及其测试精度作了分析。实践证明,在满足测试条件要求的情况下,该方法能达到极高的测试精度。
Frequency is a basic physical parameter of altemating electronic signal and all periodical procedures, so frequency measurement has very important application value. But the traditional frequency measurement methods (measurement frequency method and measurement period method) are proved that they can't reach coherence high precision measurement index for both LF and HF signal because of their deficiencies. In order to reach the frequency measurement index 10^-8 for both LF and HF signal in our measurement, the frequency measurement method for large dynamic range periodic signal based on level acquisition is proposed in this article and then its appropriate condition and measurement precision are analyzed. Lastly, it is proved by experiments that this method can reach very high measurement precision if the condition for this method is satisfied.
