摘要
社区卫生服务的筹资与补偿机制是社区卫生服务可持续发展的瓶颈问题,亟待建立与完善。通过比较中国和澳大利亚社区卫生服务筹资与补偿机制,提出中国社区卫生服务筹资与补偿机制的发展方向,要建立政府购买服务和有偿服务相结合的多层次、多形式的社区卫生服务筹资体系,努力拓展社区卫生服务机构生存发展空间。
Financing and payment mechanism is a key issue that could impact the sustainable development of community health services in China and need to be addressed urgently. Comparing the similarities and differences in financing and payment mechanisms between China and Australia, the authors recommend some potential strategies that could apply to China, which include a multi - level diverse financing system incorporating governmental payments for community health service organizations to develop.
