摘要
依据变齿厚内齿轮成形原理,提出了重新设计进给凸轮廓线,改装Y54插齿机加工变齿厚内齿轮的方案,此加工方案不存在加工原理误差.论文分析了机床的刀具运动规律,给出了用相对类速度概念设计等宽凸轮的详细过程.此方法对等宽凸轮的设计具有普遍性.
The paper presents an approach for manufacturing internal beveloid gear by redesigning the feed cam's profile and reequipping Y54 gear slotting machine on the light of internal beveloid gear's shapping principle.In this manufacturing method,there is no theoretical error.The paper analyses the motion's law of slotter,gives the detail process of designing equidistant cam with the concept of relative-angle-velocity which is a general method of designing equidistant cam.
