摘要
详细介绍α-烯烃磺酸盐(AOS)的溶解性、表面活性以及对人体的安全性等性质,并概述了α-烯烃磺酸盐的生产工艺及其典型生产参数。最后对国内α-烯烃磺酸盐的生产现状进行了分析,对国内的主要生产企业的生产装置进行了总结。目前我国的AOS统计生产能力将达到23万t/a。
The properties about solubility, surface activity, safety to the human body, etc. of alpha olefine sulfonates are introduced in detail. And the production technique and typical production parameter of alpha olefine sulfonates are briefed. Finally, the domestic production situations of alpha olefine sulfonates are analyzed, and the situations of production facilities in main domestic enterprises are summarized. At present, the production capacity of alpha olefine sulfonates statistically in China can reach to 230 thousand tons per year.
