RNA干扰技术及其在前列腺癌基因治疗研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 RNA干扰(RNA i)是指生物体内由双链RNA(dsRNA)介导同源序列mRNA的特异性降解,从而导致基因沉默的现象。近年来,随着对RNA i研究的不断深入,其作用机制正逐步阐明;同时作为阻断基因表达的新手段,RNA i技术也日趋完善和成熟。它具有高效性和特异性,为RNA i在肿瘤的基因治疗方面的应用提供了有力的工具。本文综述RNA i技术的有关研究进展及其在前列腺癌基因治疗研究中的应用。
