摘要
目的；观察和评价四君子合剂佐治小儿缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法：将107例病例随机分组，治疗组60例，对照组47例，两组均予常规方案治疗，治疗组在常规方案的基础上，加服四君子合剂，每次5-10mL，3次／d，疗程4周。检测和记录血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白的数据变化，并比较两组病例的差异。结果：治疗组在治疗后2～4周血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白上升较快，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：四君子合剂佐治小儿缺铁性贫血安全有效。
Objective： To investigate the effection on treatment with Sijunzi Mixture for iron deficiency anemia in children. methods： 107 patients were divided into treatment group （60 cases）and coparison group（47 eases）randomly.The treatment group adopted Sijunzi Mixture （5-10mL tid, last 4 weeks） based on the usual therapy, and the comparison group accepted the usual therapy only, The changing with Hb and SF were observed and compared in two groups.Results： The Hb and SF of the treatment group improved quickly after 2-4 weeks＇ treatment, the difference between the two groups was significantly（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The treatment with Sijunzi Mixture for iron deficiency anemia in children was effective and safe.
