摘要
供应商管理在供应链管理中起着非常重要的作用,但在不同的行业与企业有着不同的要求,其评判标准并不统一。在研究了我国一些制造企业供应链管理的具体特点的基础上,文中结合我国的国情建立了供应商优劣的评价指标体系,同时应用定性与定量分析相结合的方法,建立了层次分析与模糊综合评价相结合的供应商优劣综合评价模型,并给出了具体的应用实例。
The supplier management in the supply chain management is playing a vital role, but there are different requests in different professions or the enterpries, and its evaluation target is not unified. After a study of supply chain management of some manufacture enterprises, we establish an index system on how to evaluate the suppliers＇ level according to the fact in our Country, at the same time we establish a comprehensive evaluation model of supplier＇s level which the analytic hierachy and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are unified by applying qualitative and quantitative analysis; and give a concrete application example in the end.
