摘要
SCOR作为一个流程参考模型,为企业设计其供应链流程、进行供应链再造提供了有力的依据。国外许多企业已经成功实施了该模型。本文系统地介绍了供应链运作参考模型并详细地阐述了SCOR的实施,对我国企业有效实施SCOR模型有一定的参考价值。
As a process reference model, Supply Chain Operations Reference-model （SCOR） provides a powerful base for enterprises to design and reengineer its supply chain process. Many foreign enterprises have implemented this model successfully. This paper introduces supply chain operations reference-model systematically and elaborates the implementation of SCOR in detail, which has some reference value for our native enterprises.
