摘要
逆向物流在物流研究中是一个比较新的领域,一直有环保物流的声誉。煤矿生产对环境污染比较大,浪费非常严重,可回收复用的物资也很多。在煤矿物流中引入逆向物流管理,不但可以节约企业的成本,而且可以减少对环境的污染程度。本文根据旗山煤矿的实践,就煤矿逆向物流的意义、特点、内容以及运作方法与流程做了一个初步的探讨,并给出了逆向物流在煤矿实践中得出的初步结论。
The reverse logistics is a new area in logistics field and has a reputation for green logistics. The environmental pollution of coal mine is very serious, but there are a lot of materials that can be recycled in coal mine. Introducing reverse logistics to logistics management not only saves the cost of enterprises, but also reduces the pollution degree to the environment. In this thesis, the significance, characteristics, content and operation method as well as procedure of reverse logistics of coal mine are discussed. Finally, some research conclusions of reverse logistics of coal mine are introduced.
