聚丙烯酸钠增敏溴酸钾氧化二甲基黄增色光度法测定痕量砷 被引量:1

摘要 基于30℃反应20min的条件下,As(Ⅴ)能催化KBrO3氧化二甲基黄(R)的增色反应,聚丙烯酸钠对该反应有显著的增敏作用,据此建立了聚丙烯酸钠增敏KBrO3氧化二甲基黄(R)增色光度法测定痕量As(Ⅴ)的新方法.方法的检出限为1.0×10-11 g/mL,回归方程为:ΔA=0.00639+0.5073 C As(V)(μg/L),相关系数r=0.9987.本法成功用于江水、人发中的痕量As(Ⅴ)的测定,结果满意. At 30℃ for 20 minutes, As(V) can catalyze the coloration reaction of KBrO3 oxidizing Dimethyl Yellow. And the polyacrylate sodium can enhance the sensitivity of this reaction. Based the facts above, a new catalytic coloration spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace As(V)has been proposed, The regression equation of the working curve is ?. A =0.00639 + 0.50728 CAs(V) ( μgl^-1) with a correlation coefficient r=0.9987.The detection limit (LD) is 1.037×10^-11 g ml^-1. It has been applied to the determine of trace As(V ) in water and human hair samples with satisfactory results.
