氢氰酸-丙酮-水三元体系汽液平衡的关联

Correlation of Vapour-Liquid Equilibrium for Terany System of Hydrocyanicacid-Acetone-Water

摘要 用Wilson方程、多参数wilson方程和NRTL方程对丙酮-水、氢氰酸-丙酮、氢氰酸-水二元体系的汽液平衡数据进行了关联;而对氢氰酸-丙酮-水三元体系采用仅与相应二组分能量配偶参数有关的三组分Wilson方程、多参数wilson方程和NRTL方程分别进行推算预测.关联的结果和推算的结果与实验数据比较基本一致.结果表明:采用有关组分的二元体系的配偶参数来预测多元体系的汽液平衡数据是可行的. Vapour-liquid equilibria for the binary systems of acetone-water, hydrocyanic acid-acetone, hydrocyanic acid-water were correlated with Wilson equation, multiparametric Wilson equation and NRTL equation; Vapour-liquid equilibrium for ternary system of hydrocyanic acid-acetone-water was calculated through corresponding bicomponent energy matching parameters with ternary Wilson equation, multiparatric Wilson equation and NRTL equation. Correlative results and computative results are a very close approximation to experimental datas. Results show multicomponent vapour-liquid equilibrium is forecasted through corresponding bicomponent energy matching parameters.
