摘要
用燃烧法成功制备了SrAl204:Eu2+,Dy3+发光材料,样品无需球磨.用x射线粉末衍射和SEM表征材料的相组成、晶体结构和形貌;用激发和发光光谱和紫外—可见光谱表征材料的光学性质.结果表明:当锶铝摩尔比Sr/A1=1:2时,发光基质主相为SrAl204,杂质相为Sr3Al206;随着Sr/A1比值减少,发光主相由SrAl204转为Sr7Al12025,且发光强度增强,说明Sr7Al12025发光强度大于SrAl204发光强度,Sr3Al206对发光性能有较大的负面影响.这种磷光体的主发射峰是位于570nm附近的带状谱.
Eu^2+ and Dy^3+ doped strontium aluminate (SrAl2O4) phosphor were successfully synthesized by rapid combustion method without hecessity of further ball-grinding. Configuration and morph, grain size of the phosphor were studied by means of SEM and XRD and optical property was researched by means of ultra-visible and spectrophotofluorometer. The XRD result showed that with the decreasing of the Sr/Al ratios the dominant host phases change from SrAl2O4 to SrTAl12O25. The impure phases of Sr3Al2O6 deteriorate rather the luminescent property of SrAl2O4 : Eu^2+, Dy^3+. The spectra study of SrAl2O4 : Eu^2+, Dy^3+ shows that the main luminescence spectra of SrAl2O4 : Eu^2+, Dy^3+ is a broad band spectra peaking at 520 nm.
