摘要
选择24例择期整形外科手术患者,研究了安氟醚麻醉下泮库溴铵的药代动力学。根据年龄将患者分成三组:I组为5例婴幼儿,年龄0.75~2.95岁;Ⅱ组为13例儿童,年龄4~14岁;Ⅲ组为6例成年人,年龄16~27岁。静脉注射泮库溴铵100μg/kg后以改良荧光法测定其血浓度结果证实,泮库溴铵的体内过程能用二室开放模型完整描述,年龄愈小,分布容积愈大,血浆清除率愈高。V1(中央室分布容积)、V2(周边室分布容积)、Vdss(稳态分布容积)、Cl、AUC(曲线下面积)在三组间有明显差别。与I组婴幼儿相比,Ⅱ组儿童和Ⅲ组成人的T1/2β(分布半衰期)和MRT(平均残留时间)明显延长。
Twenty-four patients scheduled for elective plastic surgery were selected to study thepharmacokinetics of pancuronium bromide under enflurane anesthesia. The patients were di-vided into three groups by their ages: Group 1 consisted of 5 infants(0.75一2.95 years)Group 2 contained 13 children(4一14 years);Group 3 included 6 adults (16一27 years).Animproved fluorimetric assay was used to measure the plasma concentrations of pancuroniumbromide after administration of pancuronium bromide at a dose of 100μg/kg,The resultsshowed that the disposition of pancuronium bromide may be best described mathematicallyby a two-compartment open model in all patients. The younger the patients, the larger thedistribution volumes and the higher the Cl.There were significant differences among thethree groups with regard to V1,V2,Vdss, Cl, AUC,The T1/2β and MRT were longer inGroup 1 than in Group 2 and Group 3.
