微机式钢铁材质自动分选仪的研制与应用

摘要 简述了运用初始幅值磁导率法检测钢铁成分和硬度,以及进行钢种鉴别的原理,并通过大量实例,说明了其应用的结果。 This paper describes principles of testing the composition and hardness of steel and iron, and of soyarating various kinds of steel by means of initial incremcatal permeability. Its application result is also described by lots of concrete instances.The research results show that the carbon content of structural steel can be directly displayed by the WGF-Ⅰ micro-computer-based automatic seprator for quality of material of steel and iron.The single-valued and linear relationship between the displayed value on the separator and hardness of the structural steel can be obtained by the 'WGF-Ⅱ'separator,and their actual hardness can be directly displayed by numbers. Therefore the difficult problem of the'N'shape relation between hardness of structural steel and the displayed value on both domestic and foreign permeability instruments has been solved.
