摘要
盘式连续干燥器是一种新颖、高效、节能的传导型干燥设备,它操作弹性大,性能良好,运转可靠,目前已广泛应用于工农业生产中.本文简要介绍盘式连续干燥器的结构及工作原理,然后将E.U.Schlunder和N.Mollekopf针对间歇式搅拌物料传导干燥提出的"扩散理论"应用于盘式连续干燥器的干燥过程,给出干燥速率及料层温度的计算公式和计算程序.
The continuous disc dryer is a new type of contact drying apparatus with high efficiency and small energy consumption.It has high operating elasticity,satisfactory property and can works reliably,so it has been largely used for industry and agriculture.In this paper,we briefly introduce the structure of the continuous disc dryer and its principle of operation, and we apply the diffusion theory to analyze the drying process of the continuous disc dryer,which is proposed by E.U.Schlunder and N. Mollekopf for contact drying of mechanically agitated particulate material in a batch dryer.Moreover,the calculating equations and proceeding are presented.
