摘要
供应链管理和业务流程重组都是目前先进的管理思想。从应急作战装备物资供应链管理要素及其相互关系出发,结合我军实际,提出基于供应链管理的业务流程重组,并对相关论点进行讨论,旨在使应急作战装备物资以可预见的方式快速、安全、准确地抵达作战部队。
Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) are both the advanced management thought at present, from the emergency operation equipment material supply chain management factors and interrelation, combining our army practice, Business Process Reengineering base on supply chain management are put forward, and the relative issue are discussed. The emergency operation equipment materials are purposed with foreseeing mode quick, safely arrive to campaign army.
