摘要
研究了采用Fe/Pt/Ag多层膜先驱体技术制备的FePt:Ag纳米复合膜的微观结构和磁学性能与退火温度及Ag含量之间的关系。经400。C退火,组份为Fe39Pt39Ag22薄膜中FePt纳米颗粒的结构为面心四方相,矫顽力达到4.77×10^5A/m,平均晶粒尺寸为6.7nm。结果显示这种新型材料系统很可能适用于超高密度磁存储介质。
The microstructure and magnetic properties of FePt: Ag nanocomposite films prepared by Fe/Pt/Ag multilayers precursor technique were studied. With Ag concentration of 22% in atomic ratio, the coercivity of Fe39Pt39Ag22 film got to 6. 0 kOe with a grain size of 6. 7 nm after annealing at 400℃. The results suggest this system might be applicable to ultra high-density magnetic recording media.
