摘要
医院麻醉科拓宽部位麻醉适应症,不仅满足了社会需求,同时还适应了医院生存与发展的需要。具体做法是:提高自身素质,提高麻醉医师的技术技能;开展新的服务项目。但是必须看到部位麻醉的不足之处,这样才能在提高麻醉科技术水平和服务项目的同时取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Expansion of indication about regional anesthesia offered by the department of anesthesiology in a hospital not only satisfies social needs but also conforms to the hospital,s need for survival and development. Hense the following methods have been adopted： improvement of the anesthesiologists, skills; delivery of some additional services. But we must comprehend the shortages of local anesthesia, sound social and economic benefits have been obtained with the improvement of the expertise and the service quality of the department of anesthesiology.
