大豆细菌性疫病菌生理小种及其鉴定方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 根据在国际通用鉴别品种上的反应,将黑龙江省15个供试的大豆细菌性疫病菌菌株划分为小种1和小种4,其中小种4为优势小种,占供试菌株的86.67%。复叶喷雾接种和单叶压力接种法的鉴定结果一致。讨论了复叶喷雾接种鉴定大豆细菌性疫病菌生理小种的优越性和可行性。供试的大豆品种多数对小种1具有抗性,但对小种4均表现感病。 Fifteen isolates of Pseudomonas syringae pv. glycinea collected from different localities of Heilongjiang province were identified as race 1 and race 4 according to the reactions on the sevenstandard differential soybean cultivars. Among them, race 4 was the predominant race consisting86. 67% of tested isolates. Results of inoculatins trifoliate leaves and primary leaves were identical. Advantage of spraying trifoliate leaves for race identification were discussed. Most of testedsoybean cultivars were resistant to race 1, but all of them were susceptible to race 4.
