摘要
在“中国制造”的产品享誉全球以及我国在世界贸易的份额和地位急剧攀升的同时,我国与贸易伙伴国的贸易摩擦也是与日俱增,阻碍了我国对外贸易的持续、高质量的发展。因此,应选取预警指标和警戒线来构建一套反应灵敏、科学实用的反倾销预警机制,以便从源头上避免或减少国外对我国产品的反倾销起诉。
At the time of our products are known for the world and the position of international trade rises, the trade rub with trading partners increases continuously. All these obstruct the development of the foreign trade of our country. The early-warning index sign and warning lines should be taken to set up a practical early-warning mechanism of anti-dumping in this text, in order to avoid or reduce the anti-dumping indictment from the origins.
