摘要
优化“金融生态”,必须以加强自身管理能力、提升经营水平为基础,充分依靠外部社会经济环境和基础条件(制度安排)。本文运用新制度经济学的分析工具,从三个层次对优化金融生态理论进行了综述:从交易费用的角度进行金融生态内涵解读;从信用稀缺现象分析金融生态失衡症结;从制度变迁方式阐释金融生态优化路径。
Optimizing ＂finance ecology＂ means raising the management appraisement in the process of finance reform and deep-going, Except that to promote institution construct and management level, The more important is that management appraisement deeply rely on the outside society economical environment and basic condition （institution arrangement）. This thesis is mainly from three levels, use new institution economics analysis instrument to ponder over optimizing finance ecology; from the angle of transaction cost to interpret the intention of finance ecology; from the phenomenon of credit lack to analyse the crux of finance ecology out of balance; from the style of institution changes to explain the method of optimizing finance ecology.
