摘要
随着手机短信息服务的行业化,手机短信息诈骗犯罪也越来越猖獗。此类诈骗犯罪不仅侵犯了公民的个人财产,也使移动通信部门蒙受巨额损失。文章针对该诈骗犯罪手法新颖、作案模式隐蔽、案件取证难、侦破难、犯罪主体团伙性等特点,提出了遏制此类案件必须加强侦查协作以及与相关部门紧密配合,有效获取证据;在防范方面开展宣传,提高防范意识;同时要加快立法进程,完善法制等。
With the gradual popularization of short information service of the cellphone, this kind of crime is more and more rampant, inclined to spread. The swindle crime not only infringes personal property of citizen, but also makes the mobile communication department suffer huge losses. In accordance with the characteristics of the crime＇s new means , utilizing modem communication disguise, difficulty of collecting evidence and solving ses that investigating this kind of crime must take it, the clique of crime subject, this article propoprecautions against propaganda in a more cost effective manner,improve people＇s strick precaution consciousness;accelerate the legislative process, perfect legal system; strengthen and investigate cooperation and cooperate with related departments, obtain the crime evidence effectively.
